Job Summary

VICTORY HOMES LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to lead our organizational development efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance our company culture, improve employee engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Resource Allocation: Develop and implement effective resource allocation strategies to ensure the successful execution of organizational policies and programs.
  2. Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  3. Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain robust financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  4. Organizational Objectives: Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that support business growth and development.
  5. Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  6. Leadership Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions.
Supervision and Work Environment

You will supervise staff in various areas of responsibility and work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.

  1. Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.

Work Language: English

Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
