Compensation:
$17.88 per hour
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years in customer service roles.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Strong familiarity with the city of Victoria.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests at the Guest Service Center.
- Actively engage with guests to create memorable experiences.
- Stay informed about upcoming events and store locations.
- Promote merchandise through exceptional customer service.
- Maintain effective communication with retailers within the center.
- Address guest complaints and provide effective resolutions.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via in-person, live chat, text, and phone.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and various departments.
- Support clients during promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
- Strive to create an outstanding experience for all visitors.
