Compensation:
$17.88 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years in customer service roles.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Strong familiarity with the city of Victoria.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests at the Guest Service Center.
  • Actively engage with guests to create memorable experiences.
  • Stay informed about upcoming events and store locations.
  • Promote merchandise through exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain effective communication with retailers within the center.
  • Address guest complaints and provide effective resolutions.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via in-person, live chat, text, and phone.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and various departments.
  • Support clients during promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Strive to create an outstanding experience for all visitors.
