We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Job Summary

The Food Service Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
