About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mobility/Rehab Sales Consultant to join our team at Ontario Home Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, therapists, and healthcare professionals to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  2. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to understand client needs and recommend appropriate mobility and rehabilitation solutions.
  3. Utilize technical expertise to make adjustments to products, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each client.
  4. Manage the full cycle of client relationships, from needs assessment to equipment delivery and post-delivery support.
  5. Develop in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
  6. Engage with clients in a compassionate and client-centric manner, addressing their unique challenges and finding suitable solutions.
  7. Work with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and conditions.
  8. Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Background in healthcare, preferably in Kinesiology, Physical/Occupational Therapy, or related fields. Experience in Geriatrics or Long Term care is an asset.
  2. Strong people skills and the ability to empathize and connect with individuals facing physical challenges.
  3. Excellent attention to detail to accurately assess client needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
  4. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  5. Entrepreneurial drive and the desire to learn and grow within the mobility and rehabilitation industry.
  6. Technical abilities to make adjustments to products and ensure their optimal functionality.
  7. Passion for helping people facing challenging physical situations, reflecting our company's core values.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  9. A can-do attitude, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  10. Ability to work out of our Stratford head office and travel to various locations within the community.
  11. Additional must-have requirements: valid G-class driver's license, clean driving record, clean criminal background check, bondable, and ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
