Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Rowmar Therapeutic and Relaxation Massage. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate service area, provide basic information, and respond to inquiries.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, schedule appointments, receive and process payments, and perform various clerical duties.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, and reliability.
This is a permanent, part-time position working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
