Job Title: Information Systems Manager
Company: Technoloop Solutions Inc.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures for information systems, and authorizing the development of specifications for products or services.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and Control Budgets: Develop and manage budgets and expenditures for information systems projects.
- Establish and Implement Policies: Create and implement policies and procedures for information systems to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Authorize Specifications: Approve the development of specifications for products or services to ensure they meet business needs.
- Meet with Clients: Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
- Provide Ongoing Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
- Assign and Coordinate Projects: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and quality results.
- Direct and Evaluate Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate, relocation costs not covered by employer.
- Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Computer programming, data analysis and interpretation, data processing and systems, programming languages, desktop publishing software.
- Area of Work Experience: Design, software development, product development.
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, willing to travel, public transportation available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large caseload, large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, proactive.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
