About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at 1202663 BC Limited. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage project budgets, including estimating costs, identifying potential risks, and implementing cost-saving measures.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project coordinators, engineers, and contractors, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Quality Control and Assurance

Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure that all construction work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project team members, to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a construction management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of construction professionals.

Physical and Work Environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
