Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our team at our Oshawa location. As a Back of House Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, preparing food to our high standards, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare food to our high standards, including filleting and breading chicken, pressure-cooking chicken and fries, and ensuring all food is presented in a clean and appealing manner.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas, and ensuring all kitchen areas are spotless.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service, including communicating with front-of-house staff to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to our guests, including greeting them warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring all orders are fulfilled to their satisfaction.
- Age: Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Certifications: Must obtain Food Handler's Certificate within 30 days of employment.
