About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Perfect Steps Learning Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spokesperson: Act as the primary point of contact and spokesperson for our organization, effectively communicating our mission and values to various stakeholders.
  • Strategic Advisor: Provide expert advice to clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies, helping them to achieve their business objectives.
  • Content Creator: Assist in the preparation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, reports, newsletters, and other collateral.
  • Event Coordinator: Coordinate and execute special publicity events and promotions, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Researcher: Gather and research relevant information to support the development of effective marketing communications.
  • Media Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with media representatives, securing coverage and promoting our organization's brand.
  • Program Developer: Design and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions that engage and inform our target audience.
  • Contract Manager: Prepare and negotiate contracts for various business activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring a minimum of 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication for this role.
