Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Late Night Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food service operations
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service operations
Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. Must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
