Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Legends Cafe & Pizza. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure that our restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that our staff has the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly review the performance of our staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and meet their job responsibilities.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Accurate: Ability to accurately complete tasks and meet deadlines.
- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Reliability: Ability to be reliable and dependable in your work.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
