Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Legends Cafe & Pizza. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply ordering.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to our high standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Fast-paced environment with high customer volume.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical demands of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Accurate and detail-oriented.
- Client-focused and able to provide excellent customer service.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
