Restaurant Operations Manager

At ALBERTA LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff is well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor Revenues and Labour Costs: Analyze sales data to determine labour costs and make adjustments as needed to maintain profitability.
- Staff Performance: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
- Staff Recruitment and Scheduling: Recruit and hire new staff members, as well as create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train staff on all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and cash handling.
- Service Offerings and Operational Procedures: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Performance Reviews and Health and Safety: Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Planning and Evaluation: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- 1-2 Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Permanent Position: This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 35 hours per week.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
