As a Climate Solutions Equipment Associate in our Power/HVAC division, you will leverage your expertise to execute installations and perform essential maintenance on equipment, ensuring a safe and professional work environment. Your responsibilities will include the safe operation of delivery vehicles and the installation of HVAC systems, along with dehumidification and air purification equipment at various client sites.

Each day presents an opportunity for personal growth and skill enhancement, and for those with ambition, there is potential to advance into higher-level technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct minor repairs, perform maintenance checks, and clean equipment
  • Assess and report on equipment condition before and after use
  • Demonstrate equipment functionality to customers
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment
  • Undertake additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferred experience in repairing and maintaining HVAC systems
  • Mechanical aptitude with familiarity of relevant tools
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Capability to frequently lift items weighing up to 45 lbs.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency services
