We are seeking a skilled Community Mental Health Worker 2 to join our Mental Health Substance Use/injectable Opioid Agonist Treatment (iOAT) department at the Outreach Urban Health Centre in Kelowna, B.C.

About the Role

This permanent part-time (0.64 FTE) position will support iOAT services in Kelowna, providing evidence-based treatment interventions for individuals with severe opioid use disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer doses in a structured, supervised clinical setting, ensuring sterile supplies and clean, safe conditions.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing primary care, mental health care, and psychosocial services, including housing and employment support.
  • Collaborate with the HCIS healthcare team and MHSU specialized team to ensure timely, responsive, evidence-based psychosocial rehabilitation.
