Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow Netcracker's on-site transformation programs, ensuring business profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Sales Teams to support new solution revenue opportunities and execute contract negotiations.
- Represent Solution Delivery in presales activities, showcasing Netcracker's deployment methodologies.
- Hold Account Teams accountable for project deliverables and manage resources to ensure timely completion.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and SMEs, participating in strategic discussions.
- Proven ability to lead multi-million, business transformational programs in the BSS industry.
- Experience with writing and reviewing contracts, SOWs, and commercial agreements.
- Ability to build and execute resource plans, with at least 10 years of management experience.
- Extensive experience with project management methodologies and matrixed corporate environments.
- A degree in a related field.
