About Us:

Jayman BUILT, recognized as one of Alberta's leading home builders, is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator (Warranty Specialist) to join our Multi-Family division.

As a Customer Care Coordinator (Warranty Specialist), you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Customer Experience. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help ensure that our clients receive the homes they have always envisioned. You will be ready to engage in hands-on work and contribute positively to our team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange appointments with clients to address their needs
  • Coordinate with various trades to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Exhibit professionalism in both appearance and conduct while on-site
  • Oversee the approval of both 2-month and 11-month service requests
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills while managing unexpected calls
  • Adhere to Jayman's established processes to maintain excellence in Customer Experience
  • Maintain and service Jayman Sales Centres and Show Homes
  • Conduct various hands-on repairs in customer residences
  • Foster a collaborative environment through effective communication with clients, trades, and team members
Qualifications:
  • Proficient maintenance skills – versatile in various trades
  • Possess personal tools necessary for completing tasks
  • Ability to be proactive and adapt to changing priorities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Well-developed communication abilities
  • Exceptional skills in customer service
  • Post-secondary education or certification in building trades is advantageous
  • 3-5 years of experience in warranty and service roles, with a general understanding of ANHWP considered beneficial
  • Familiarity with technology, including tablets and basic office software, is a plus
  • Demonstrated respect for clients, trades, and team members, even in challenging situations
  • Valid Driver's license is required
