We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our faculty as an Assistant Professor in the Strategic Management Area. This tenure-track position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our academic community.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in strategic management, conducting research in the field, and contributing to the development of our academic programs.
Responsibilities- Teach strategic management courses to undergraduate and graduate students
- Conduct research in strategic management and publish in top-tier academic journals
- Develop and maintain a highly productive and coherent research agenda
- Communicate research findings to a business audience
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance a culture of inquiry, collegiality, and creativity
The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D. in Strategic Management or a related field, have a strong record of research and teaching, and demonstrate the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
