Job Title: Sales Development Representative

At Blackline Safety, we're on a mission to make sure every worker returns home safely. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in our sales team by generating and qualifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels, including industry research and networking events.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Schedule meetings or demos between leads/prospects and the sales team to discuss how our solutions can address their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress within our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and share insights on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in the Safety and Gas Detection Industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably HubSpot, Microsoft Office Suite, and researching tools like ZoomInfo.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles and achieving targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent in relevant experience.
