Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional servicing of incoming telephone and email contacts from clients, advisors, and other internal and external partners
  • Support Investment Advisors in general administrative duties in the management of client accounts
  • Assist in the preparation of client reviews and presentations
  • Request information and documentation from clients to open accounts and maintain client files
  • Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery
  • Monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion
Requirements
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

The expected base salary range for this position is $37,500 - $45,000, depending on experience, skills, and registration status. You also have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary bonus program.
