About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Mattress Villa. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide guidance on sales strategies.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports to management to track sales performance and identify trends.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
