About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Corrections (Montreal) sales organization. As a key figure in our sales organization, you will be responsible for empowering sales teams with the necessary knowledge, materials, and tools to enhance their selling abilities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the sales, marketing, product teams and senior management
  • Create content specific to the sales team, including sales playbooks and educational content
  • Train and mentor sales reps and channel partners on how to use sales enablement content
  • Organize and update sales enablement content
  • Use Salesforce to track sales performance and generate relevant reports
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback
  • Stay current with sales enablement tools, technologies, and trends to recommend and implement relevant solutions that enhance the sales team's capabilities
  • Identify gaps in sales processes and performance and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work with marketing and product teams to ensure sales collateral, presentations, and materials are up-to-date and aligned with messaging
  • Create and manage partner training programs and regional sales initiatives
  • 10% travel required

Requirements

  • Experience in sales program management required
  • Bachelors degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Ideal candidate would understand selling process for technical/engineered solutions
