We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at Connect&GO, a global leader in attractions management software. Key Responsibilities- Develop and Refine Sales Enablement Content: Create and maintain high-quality sales content, including playbooks, sales process guidelines, and policy documentation, to support our sales teams in achieving their goals.
- Manage Sales Content Library: Continuously improve and update the sales content library to ensure all materials are up-to-date and effectively meet the needs of the sales team.
- Facilitate Onboarding and Training: Provide new sales hires with the necessary training and resources to succeed in their roles, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify and prioritize content development that drives revenue and operational efficiency.
- Implement and Oversee Sales Enablement Initiatives: Implement and oversee the adoption of sales enablement materials and initiatives across the department, ensuring seamless execution.
- Track Engagement and Effectiveness: Monitor and analyze the engagement and effectiveness of sales enablement content through metrics and feedback, making continuous improvements to resources.
- Integrate and Optimize Sales Technology: Assist in the integration and optimal use of sales technology tools, serving as a subject matter expert for platforms such as HubSpot and others relevant to our tech stack.
- Deliver Training Sessions: Deliver both virtual and in-person training sessions to ensure ongoing education and skill development across sales roles.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest sales and industry best practices to ensure Connect&GO remains competitive and our sales strategies are effective.
- 2+ Years of Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a closely related field.
- Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, especially as an Account Executive, is highly beneficial.
- Content Creation and Facilitation Skills: Demonstrated ability in content creation, facilitation, and delivering engaging learning experiences.
- Technical Skills: 1+ year experience with standard configuration and/or administration of relevant sales stack tools such as HubSpot or equivalent.
- Project Management Skills: Proven project management skills from conception to completion.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proactive and Self-Starting Attitude: A proactive and self-starting attitude, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to Handle Deadlines and Change: Ability to effectively handle deadlines, manage change, and navigate ambiguity.
- Creative and Strategic Thinking: Creative and strategic thinking abilities, always seeking innovative ways to enhance sales performance and team capabilities.
