Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Robby & Jimmy Holdings (Hwy) Ltd. as a key member of our accounting department.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports to support business decision-making.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns in a timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Work Environment: Urban area, working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
