Assistant Manager

Mammoth Graphics 2020 Inc is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
Job Summary:- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective store performance.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Implement price and credits policies to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Determine staffing requirements to meet business needs.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to maintain a high-performing team.
- Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Work under pressure to meet sales targets and customer expectations.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management and customer transactions.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking to maintain a productive work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Or equivalent experience.
- Parking available on site.
- Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?
