Assistant Manager

Mammoth Graphics 2020 Inc is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Implement price and credits policies
- Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Determine staffing requirements
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
The Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, have attention to detail, and be able to multitask.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Parking available
