Assistant Manager

Mammoth Graphics 2020 Inc is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Job Summary:- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective store performance.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Implement price and credits policies to maximize sales and minimize losses.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Determine staffing requirements to meet business needs.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high-performing team.
The Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or related environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Parking available.
