The IWK Health Centre is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leader to join our Provincial Preschool Autism Service (PPAS) team. As a Clinical Leader, you will play a key role in providing clinical leadership, supervision, and support to staff in the Clinical Intake and Care Coordination service stream.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to staff in the Clinical Intake and Care Coordination service stream
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with other clinical leaders and teams to identify and meet learning needs
- Provide direct clinical care to clients and their families
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. occupational therapy, clinical psychology, speech-language pathology)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience working with children with autism
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
