About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Still Waters Plate & Pour. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a senior culinary professional.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
