Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic Food Service Attendants to become part of our vibrant team. In this role, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and seat patrons with warmth and professionalism
  2. Accurately take and process food and drink orders
  3. Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining accuracy
  4. Provide detailed information about menu selections and offer suggestions
  5. Manage cash and credit transactions through a point-of-sale system
  6. Work closely with kitchen personnel to guarantee efficient order fulfillment
  7. Keep the dining area clean and well-organized

Required Qualifications:

  1. Exceptional customer service abilities with a commitment to guest satisfaction
  2. Experience handling cash and familiarity with POS systems
  3. Basic arithmetic skills for processing orders and bills
  4. Understanding of food safety standards and practices
  5. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation: $15.30 per hour

Expected Work Hours: 5 – 35 hours per week
