Supply Chain Coordinator

BFW International Trading Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of supplies, managing work orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our logistics operations.
- Task Organization: Prioritize and organize tasks to accomplish work orders, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Work Order Tracking: Monitor and complete work orders, ensuring timely completion and resolution of issues.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on logistics operations, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- General Office Duties: Perform general office tasks, including administrative support and data entry.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate the flow of supplies, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of logistics operations.
- Issue Resolution: Follow up on issues related to work orders, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of goods.
- Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced logistics environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, with a focus on attention to detail and organizational skills.
