Warehouse Forklift Operator

Job Overview
As a vital member of our logistics team, the Warehouse Forklift Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload freight safely and efficiently.
- Conduct sorting and handling of both palletized and non-palletized items.
- Secure freight within trailers using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Utilize handheld devices for tracking and scanning shipments accurately.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic mathematical skills required for inventory management.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or dock setting.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts in a freight or less-than-truckload environment.
- Proven ability to load and unload trailers efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Compensation and Benefits:
