About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our Warehouse team at Rogers. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift to transport goods and materials within the warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Inspect and maintain the forklift and surrounding area to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and accuracy.
  • Stage products for put-away activities, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Unload product from shipping containers and stage for crediting activities.
  • Process credits for customer returns, sorting and controlling inventory for restock, return to vendor or liquidation.
  • Pick customer orders and stage for packing activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Scan, weigh, and ship customer orders, loading onto trucks.
  • Process inventory kitting activities as requested, maintaining a clean and safe workstation.
Requirements
  • Current forklift license and a minimum of 3 years of forklift experience.
  • Working knowledge of RF technology and inventory count/movement experience.
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of an inventory team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets, following detailed instructions.
