Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry
Work Environment

The position is based in a Construction setting, requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress
  • Supervise workers and oversee project activities
  • Coordinate and schedule daily operations and tasks
  • Oversee apprenticeship training programs
  • Facilitate training sessions or arrange for external training
  • Set up and maintain necessary equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recommend personnel actions as needed
  • Establish effective methods to meet work schedules
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Order and requisition materials and supplies required for projects
Supervision Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising:
