Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Sterling Kitchens & Bath Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, supervising workers, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters, cabinetmakers, apprentices, and labourers
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on the construction site
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Train or arrange for training of apprentices and other team members
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
