About the Role:
Tandemsearch is seeking a seasoned Energy Sector Leader to join our team as a Partner (Energy) - Global Practice Leader. As a key member of our Canadian business, you will lead and support efforts to transform the thinking and actions of clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the growth and coordination of our Energy practice activities
- Manage large-scale organizational challenges and drive innovation in the energy sector
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and client engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and deepen existing client relationships
Requirements:
- 10+ years of consulting experience in the energy sector, with a focus on Energy/Net-Zero Transition
- Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale projects and teams
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage 'C-Level' Execs
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive commercial activities
- Experience working with large corporates and developing new business opportunities
