Grandview Kids is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech-language pathology services to children and youth with physical, communication, and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify problem areas and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and indirect client care in accordance with treatment plans, including individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Participate in prevention activities and evaluate the impact of speech-language pathology intervention on identified problems
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures
- Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
- Experience working with children and youth with neurodevelopmental disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
