Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments in a home setting using standardized tools to identify presenting impairments or diagnoses.
- Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based information, best practices, and clinical expertise.
- Engage clients, families, and caregivers to address client-centered goals.
- Provide coaching to clients and families to support goal achievement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and client progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Registration with CASLPO.
- Excellent assessment and intervention skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience providing home-based services.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proof of professional liability insurance.
- Vulnerable Sector Check.
