Position Overview

Join our team at At Your Door Services Ltd as a dedicated Bookkeeper. This role is essential for maintaining the financial integrity of our operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll by calculating and preparing cheques.
  • Assess fixed assets and manage depreciation calculations.
  • Maintain and balance various accounts through both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Prepare and manage general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Record journal entries accurately.
  • Generate various statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Complete tax return preparations.
  • Compile trial balances of accounts.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in accounts.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and spreadsheet applications.
