Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Support Analyst to join our team at St. Joseph's Health Care London. As a Data Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing data analysis and business intelligence support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, compile, and interpret data from various sources, including HMMS systems, external sources, and industry publications.
  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis, including customer and supplier research, industry benchmarking, and sector trends.
  • Provide technical support for customer-facing reporting tools.
  • Build customized reports and presentations based on data analysis.
  • Research quality improvement and change management tools to facilitate change within the organization.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary diploma in Business, Technology, or Health-related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence software.
  • Knowledge of a Safety Culture in a Health Care Setting in compliance with the OHSA.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills.
  • Basic programming skills (SQL, Python, etc.) would be an asset.
  • Excellent computer skills, including demonstrated advanced knowledge of Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence software.
  • Experience utilizing quality improvement tools (Six Sigma, PDSA, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, etc.).
  • Proficiency in French would be an asset.
Immunization Requirements
  • Provide documentation of two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine (primary series, boosters, and/or XBB) OR one dose of XBB vaccine at least 14 days prior to the start date.
  • Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella (chicken pox).
  • Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing.
