We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Director to join our Kudelski IoT team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion across Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a national sales strategy to grow Kudelski IoT's RecovR inventory management and theft recovery solution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with large national partnerships to increase brand awareness and sales penetration.
- Lead the rollout of new products and services to dealers, including managing complex ecosystems of partners, field operations, dealers, and internal resources.
- Manage partner pipeline activity and monitor sales performance against assigned goals.
- Provide financial reports and insights to support dealership success and growth.
- Proven experience in building and managing channel partnerships, with a track record of recruiting and enabling top channel partners.
- Excellent relationship management and strategic account planning skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong influence and negotiation skills to drive business growth.
- Fluency in English and French, with Spanish as an asset.
