Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team. As a key member of our creative leadership, you will play a crucial role in shaping the artistic vision of Moment Factory and driving the development of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the creative vision of Moment Factory, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, producers, and clients, to deliver high-quality projects that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Establish and uphold creative guidelines, strategies, and priorities for projects, ensuring consistency and excellence throughout the production process.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their growth and development as creative professionals.
  • Make informed decisions that align with Moment Factory's method, creative vision, brand, and processes, ensuring the success of projects and the company as a whole.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our projects.
Requirements
  • More than 10 years of experience in creative direction, including roles such as artistic direction in multimedia, visual effects, creative management, themed entertainment, museums, urban spaces, or other relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Keynote is an asset.
  • Fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written, with regular communication with English-speaking clients.
  • Thorough knowledge of show direction, artistic direction, architecture, graphic design, motion design, 2D/3D animation, software, set design, lighting, sound design, and other relevant areas.
  • Proven ability to manage and successfully complete multiple projects simultaneously, working under pressure and as part of a team.
