Key Responsibilities- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues, consistently upholding our service standards.
- Maintain adequate stock levels, ensuring cleanliness of glassware and utensils, and completing assigned side tasks.
- Oversee the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of designated work areas.
- Execute general cleaning and closing duties as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a barback or similar position within a fast-paced environment.
- Energetic demeanor with a willingness to engage in physical and repetitive tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask, both independently and as part of a team.
- A desire to expand knowledge in food and beverage service and hospitality.
- Flexible availability for morning, evening, late-night, and weekend shifts.
