Role Overview: The Sales Office Administrator plays a crucial role within a Mattamy Sales Office, delivering exceptional administrative support to our Sales Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for potential buyers, representing Mattamy with professionalism.
  • Manage incoming communications via email and phone, ensuring courteous and timely responses.
  • Prepare Purchase and Sale Agreements, Amendments, and associated documentation.
  • Input homeowner details for Purchase and Sale Agreements into the corporate database.
  • Organize and maintain all purchaser files meticulously.
  • Track customer interactions accurately in the corporate database.
  • Ensure the Sales Centre is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Perform additional office duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability for in-person work during evenings and weekends.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel to various GTA Sales Offices as needed.
  • Strong background in customer service with relevant experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Outgoing demeanor with the capability to engage with individuals professionally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibit integrity and professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education from a university or college.
