Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including managing inventory, coordinating room assignments, and ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning properly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
