Job Title: Hotel Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Plus, Parry Sound. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of our hotel staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions.
  • Work closely with the hotel management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
