About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the theatre operations, including managing the team, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will be the face of our theatre and will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the theatre operations team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage the theatre's financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve theatre performance and guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the regional team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
