Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Time Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales floor operations, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Manage sales floor operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stockroom organization.
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing coaching, feedback, and recognition to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance, ensuring a clean and organized environment for customers and employees.
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and implement visual merchandising strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
