The primary objective of the Campus Brand Ambassador initiative is to engage new consumers, energize university students, boost sales, and uphold the Red Bull brand presence on campus. This role involves direct engagement with consumers and clients, encouraging product trials, and participating in Red Bull events to create memorable brand experiences. Campus Brand Ambassadors appreciate flexibility over traditional work hours and thrive in a creative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Areas of Focus

Responsibilities include:

  • Embodying the brand's personality and values, representing Red Bull in a premium manner through daily interactions with consumers and clients. Expanding the user base by facilitating positive product trials and raising awareness of Red Bull through strategic sampling initiatives at optimal locations and times, while competently addressing consumer inquiries.
  • Developing and implementing a customized and innovative campus strategy that engages students and brings the brand to life within the university setting. Establishing and nurturing a robust network by building relationships with key local influencers.
  • Enhancing brand engagement on personal social media platforms through authentic content creation. Participating in Red Bull events and associated activities to ensure an exceptional brand experience for consumers.
  • Collaborating with local sales representatives to ensure Red Bull's visibility and availability in retail outlets. Working with sales teams to identify and open new distribution channels for Red Bull within the university and beyond.
  • Ensuring the flawless execution of defined retail standards and leveraging relevant assets from the Red Bull universe to maintain brand prominence in sales locations.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to executional excellence and attention to detail across all aspects of the role. Sharing insights and collaborating with the team through regular in-person and virtual interactions.
  • Planning and reporting activities through the designated online platform in a timely and accurate manner. Contributing to the development of the Red Bull media business by providing local insights, trends, and opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to balance part-time work with academic commitments, with availability for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new skills, particularly in marketing, negotiation, and sales.

  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Available for evening and weekend work.
  • Currently enrolled in a university program.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Minimal travel required (0-10%).
