The primary objective of the Campus Brand Ambassador program is to engage new consumers, inspire university students, boost sales, and uphold the Red Bull brand presence on campus. This involves direct interaction with consumers and clients, promoting product trials, and participating in Red Bull events to create memorable brand experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

All the tasks we will entrust you with include:

  • Embodying the brand's personality traits and core values, representing Red Bull in a distinguished manner through daily interactions with consumers and clients. Expanding the user base by encouraging positive product trials and raising awareness of Red Bull through strategic sampling at optimal locations and times, while competently addressing consumer inquiries.
  • Developing and implementing a customized and innovative campus strategy that engages students and brings the brand to life within the university environment. Establishing and nurturing a robust network by building relationships with key local influencers.
  • Enhancing brand engagement on your social media platforms through authentic content creation. Participating in Red Bull events and supported activities to ensure a remarkable brand experience for consumers.
  • Collaborating with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull's visibility and availability in retail outlets. Working alongside sales teams to identify and open new distribution channels for Red Bull within and beyond the university campus.
  • Delivering excellence in execution and demonstrating meticulous attention to detail across all aspects of your role. Sharing insights and collaborating with the team through regular face-to-face and online interactions.
  • Planning and reporting your activities through the designated online platform in a timely and accurate manner. Contributing to the development of the Red Bull media business by providing local insights, trends, and overall opportunities.

  • A genuine passion for the Red Bull brand and its products.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A charismatic, energetic, positive, and sociable personality.
  • Immersed in student life with a comprehensive understanding of the collegiate landscape, including popular activities and hotspots.
  • Highly approachable and sociable, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
  • A creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
  • Ability to balance part-time work with academic commitments, with availability for some evenings and weekends.
  • A desire to learn and apply new skills, particularly in marketing, negotiation, and sales.
  • Connected with a diverse array of influential groups and individuals on campus.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
